MusicAt home I produce music with friends and acquaintances. My Black Day Studio is computer-based and decent quality. I'm versed in Apple Logic, and play various real and software instruments.
I'm trained in Audio Engineering, and I enjoy playing, recording, composing and mixing. My work is not commercial quality, but I try to improve with each project. I hope to do much more. Some sample projects: Ballad of the Homer SpitBallad of the Homer Spit is a collaboration with Matt Kresling, a talented filmmaker and musician. Kompoz enabled the ad-hoc project. Matt wrote, sang, and played ukulele. I added bass, drums, miscellaneous parts and mixed. Aragon MillOrville Murphy is a gentleman who makes "Old Time Music". Orville sang and played harmonica. I added bass, drums and harmonies. Dark WaltzOne of my first experiments with sampled instruments, I wrote and played this sketchy tune. I needs something. Hmm. UnnamedRobert was 16 when he wrote, sang, and played guitar for this teen angst-bomb. I played bass, drums, edited and mixed. Strange AffairOld friends Debbie and Joe performed this song one lazy morning during a visit. I barely did anything. Missing MarchAnother experiment in orchestral arrangement, I wrote and played it. Good arrangers are to be admired for sure. CowgroobThis up-tempo piece has a spastic-elastic lead made from two lines competing for one monophonic instrument. © 2008 ● All rights reserved |
